This building is located in a very wealthy neighborhood within Lincoln Park, where the population dense with young families and professionals. This building is full of antique charm and detailed woodwork. Updated kitchen and baths have been a great addition as well. The apartments have hardwood real floors and nice tile throughout. The only time you will hear your neighbors is when they are walking above you with shoes on. It's fairly normal. Overall, this building is well kept, quiet and safe.
